We remove financial barriers to youth lacrosse and use the game to build confidence, teamwork and a lifelong commitment to serving others.
Our mission
Greater Good Lacrosse breaks down the financial barriers that keep young athletes from learning, playing and growing through competitive lacrosse.
Through community support, need-based scholarship opportunities, player development and hands-on service projects, we create a pathway for youth to thrive on the field and contribute beyond it.
What we do
Our programs are designed for public benefit: helping more families access the sport while teaching athletes to strengthen the communities around them.

Community impact
In our first year, Greater Good Lacrosse families and supporters mobilized around practical local and humanitarian needs.
Public benefit
Reduce barriers. Financial circumstances should not determine whether a young person can participate and develop.
Build character. Coaching emphasizes teamwork, responsibility, sportsmanship and confidence.
Serve communities. Athletes and families put those values into action through organized service.
Leadership
Greater Good Lacrosse was founded in 2024 by lacrosse coach and parent Eric Manzanares to grow the sport in Colorado more responsibly—combining competitive opportunity with selflessness, teamwork and community involvement.
“Greater Good Lacrosse can be a platform to create an even larger and more lasting impact.”— Eric Manzanares, Founder & President
